The aim of individual care management is to ensure the earliest possible reintegration of employees who have fallen sick or suffered an accident and to prevent disability. Absent employees are counselled by SWICA specialists and, depending on their situation, examined by a SWICA doctor. In close coordination with the employer the earliest possible reintegration into the work process is sought, for example through trial work or retraining.
